Akins, Blue Mountain; one son, Norman Akins, Blue Mountain; two daughters, Mrs. Leila Locke and Mrs. Jewel Rose, both of Blue Mountain; one brother, Claude Akins, Ripley; four half-brothers, Noel Akins and Gilbert Akins, both of Ripley, Esker Akins, Blue Mountain and Wilson Akins, Olive Branch; three sisters, Mrs. Ruby Graddy, Greenville, IN, Mrs. Lettie Carson, Blue Mountain, Mrs. Etta Jarmon, Ripley; one half-sister, Mrs. Jennie Mae Lobutzke, Memphis; 12 grandchildren; 11 ggrandchildren; 2 gggrandchildren. Pallbearers were James Akins, Gerald Akins, Sammy Akins, Horace Windham, Mike Akins and Mike Locke.
