Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Dixie Hollingsworth, West Memphis, Mrs. Dian Teer, Ontario, CA, and Mrs. Claudia Caldwell, Chandler, AZ; two sons-in-law, Jack Caldwell and Michael Teer; one brother, Esker Akins, Blue Mountain; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Pallbearers were James Akins, Sammy Akins, Gerald Akins, Joe Akins, Jack Caldwell, and Robby Ashley.
