Surviving are a son, Willie Roscoe Beard, Jr., and his wife, Barbara of Orangeburg; two daughters, Jeanette Beard of Denmark and Sylvia Beard and her husband, Fred of Columbia; grandchildren, Todd Beard, Chad Beard and Troy Beard; one great-grandson, Hampton Beard; and sisters, Bertie Lee Stanley and Vonnie Odom, both of Williston. She was married to the late Willie Roscoe Beard, Sr.
