Died: 10-14-2007 CORA BRYSON Cora Davis Bryson, 94, of Unaka, N.C., passed away Sunday morning, Oct. 14, 2007 in Knoxville. She was a longtime member of Unaka Baptist Church and her Sunday School Class. Cora enjoyed spending time at the Murphy Senior Citizen Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Bryson; her children, Willa Mae Bryson Rose and Allen Bryson, Jr.; her parents, Jimmy and Rosie Davis; along with all of her brothers and sisters. Cora is survived by her children, Maxine Rose and husband, Wayne of Lenoir City, Dee Bryson and wife, Loretta of Greensboro, N.C. and Howard Bryson of Unaka, N.C.; her grandchildren, Ron and Mike Rose, Dan Bryson and Ann Marie Bryson Mullins, Flex Rose, Debbie Rose Roberts, Sharon Bryson Aiken, Stacy and Brooke Bryson; several great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; as well as many nieces and nephews. Friends called at their convenience Monday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. The family received friends from Tuesday at Townson - Rose Funeral Home in Murphy, N.C. and Wednesday at Unaka Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held. Wednesday at Unaka Baptist Church with the Rev. Aud Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
