MARTINSVILLE-- Kenneth Ulrey, 76, of rural Martinsville died at 9 a.m. Tuesday (March 15, 1988) at Ridgeview Care Center in Olney.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Willow Creek Presbyterian Church with burial at the church cemetery. Visitation will be held after 4 p.m. today at Greenwell Funeral Home.

He was born March 29, 1911, in Clark County, a son of Newton and Patsy Smith Ulrey. He married Bernice Chapman June 20, 1931, at Terre Haute, Ind. She survives.

Also surviving are three sons, Randall of Martinsville, Jerry of Fort Collins, Colo. and Kenneth Gene of Robinson; one daughter, Loretta Boyd of Casey; three brothers, Raymond of Martinsville, Virgil of Clay City and Wayne of Bridgeport; two sisters, Lora Melton of Martinsville and Estella Dorsett of Terre Haute, Ind.; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Mr. Ulrey worked at the L.S. Heath Co. in Robinson and was a member of the Willow Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
