Funeral services for Lorean Evans, 87, of Lamesa, Texas will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 19, 2013 at Ray & Martha's Funeral Home Chapel in Carnegie with Rev. Lacy Evans and Rev. Joe Huddleston officiating.
She was born April 19, 1926 in Mountain View to Albert and Effie Bennett PLUMBLEE Tidmore and died Sunday, July 14, 2013 in Lamesa, Texas.
She attended school in Mountain View. Lorean was united in marriage to Otto Dean Evans, May 10, 1941 in Carnegie. Lorean was a wonderful house wife and mother.
Survivors include her husband. Dean Evans, of the home; three daughters, Doris Curlow, Lamesa, TX., Delores Mitchell and husband, John, Lamesa, TX., and Connie McKibben and husband Jerry, Lubbock, TX.,; two sons, Eddie Evans and wife, Janet, Grand Prairie, TX., and Lacy Evans and wife, Sandra, Lamesa, TX.,; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; one sister, Doris Ward, Virginia and numerous nieces and nephews.
Burial will follow at the Carnegie Cemetery under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home.
