Sudden Death In Pawnee
Mrs. Hobart Rabb died very suddenly at her home in Pawnee township Tuesday evening from an attack of apoplexy. She had been in unusually good health and was ill only about an hour and a half before her death. She was about 60 years of age and came to this country in 1879, where the family has lived almost continuously ever since. Her unexpected death came as a great shook to the friends in the neighborhood which had been her home for so long. Her husband, who has been in poor health for some time, was in Topeka receiving medical treatment at the time of her death. Two children survive her, an adopted son, Ernest, and a daughter, Ella. Arrangements for the funeral have not been made at this time.
