Daniel was the son of Elder Ben and Irena Douthit Parker.
He married Eleanor Adaline "Addie" Anglin in Limestone Co. Texas in 1870.
There is no record of the marriage due to the Limestone County Courthouse totally burning in the 1890's.
They lived in McLennan Co. until their deaths, when they were brought back to the Family Cemetery Pilgrim for their burials.
Their children are as follows;
