March 3,1878-March 15,1965
Louise emigrated to the US from Russia. Her first husband Jacob Miller was murdered because he let someone's horse loose at a saloon in Minatare, she was pregnant with twins at the time and already had 4 daughters. Her second husband was Jacob Hartung. She is buried next to her son-in-law, Alex Bruntz. Her father was Jacob Scharf and her mother was Elizabeth Miller Scharf , they never came to the US. My family lost all communication we any family that was left in Russia after the Bolshevik's took over Russia. Most information shows that the small farmers of that time were forced from their land, if they were old they were murdered and thrown in mass graves, if they were young men they were forced into the Russian Army and if the resisted they were murdered.
