Died at his home near Marshallville last Friday Mr. John L. Bryan, a brother to Col. F.M. Bryan, and was buried at the old homestead Saturday afternoon. He lived to the ripe old age of 75 and was a good citizen.

Burial of Judge J. L. Bryan
Marshallville, Feb 8. (Special)-Squire J L Bryan, aged 84, was this afternoon buried in the Bryan family burial ground near this place. He was stricken with paralysis some ten days ago and never rallied. He was a deacon of the Baptist church and an ex-officio justice of the peace. He leaves a large family and a number of relatives to mourn his death.
