IUKA - Shelia Letson Perry, 51, died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2006, at the Iuka Hospital. She was of the Baptist faith. She was a waitress at Kountry Kitchen. She loved her family and friends, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, growing flowers and
collecting angels.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Bro. Neal Blaxton will officiate, and Bro. Tim Dixon will deliver the eulogy. Burial will be
in Grissom Chapel Cemetery at Burnsville.
Survivors include her husband, Dewayne Perry of Burnsville; one son, Brandon Letson(China) of Burnsville; one daughter, Latonya Glover (Jimmy) of Corinth; six grandchildren, Tory Letson, Hunter Hill, Harlie Letson, Jayda Letson, Santana Letson and Dakota Letson; one brother, Neal Blaxton (Judy) of Decatur, Ala.; two sisters, Linda Owens (Ross) of Moulton, Ala., and Brenda Merideth (Lonnie) of Corinth; the father of her children, Clark Letson of Moulton, Ala.; a sister-in-law, Brenda Blaxton of Moulton; a brother-in-law, Dewayne Williams of Rienzi.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jake Blaxton; her mother, Bessie Mae Blaxton; two brothers, Billy Blaxton and Cecil Blaxton; and a sister, Rita K. Williams.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Williams, Jeremy Blaxton, Nick Blaxton, Craig Blaxton, Alan Jordan, Eric Jordan, Lonzo Wilkins and Nicky McRay.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. to service time Friday.
