GALENA. Kan. — Services for T. C. (Cecil) Billings, 80, 2102 Galena Ave., who died Friday at Baxter Springs Memorial Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Derfelt Chapel. Lyle Mitchell, minister, will officiate.

Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Joplin.

Pallbearers, all retired postal employes, will be Glenn W. Jewett,
John Lindsey, Marion Downing, James L. Tedrow, Morris Hoffer and J. 0. Derfelt. George Bailey and Glenn Swan, also retired postal employes, will be honorary pallbearers.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mabel Billings; three sons, Wilbur C. Billings, Pocatello, Idaho, Clifford M. Billings, Los Angeles, Calif., and James L. Billings Deer Lodge, Tenn.; two daughters, Mrs. Leatha Busboom, Ogden, Utah, and Mrs. Gayle Grammer, Tustin, Calif.;
two stepsons, Bill Allen, Miami, Okla., and Homer Allen, Muskogee,
Okla.; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Myonza Jones, Norman, Okla., and Mrs. Nora Gage, Broken Arrow, Okla.; two brothers, Jim Billings, Fort Scott, Kan., and Harry Billings, Ashland, Ky.; five sisters, Mrs. Charlotte Dent and Mrs. Leota Sipe, both of Salem, Ore., Mrs. Helen
Lenaburg, Beuna Park, Calif., Mrs. Flora Hayes. St. John, Kan., and Mrs. Alma Williams, Fort Scott; 23 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
