Floye L. Sibley, a resident of Walker, died Sunday, May 23, 1999, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 85 and a native of Satsuma.

Visiting at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs. Visiting resumes at Satsuma Baptist Church, until religious services, conducted by the Rev. Steve Horn. Interment in Old Red Oak Cemetery.

Survived by six sons and five daughters-in-law, Jerry D. and Grace Sibley, James H. and Elsie Sibley and Bobby R. and Grace Sibley, all of Walker, Melvin J. Sibley, Jr., Frost, Gerald and Jeanne Sibley and Richard W. and Bobby Sibley, all of Walker; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jenny and Lynn Ard, Walker, and Rita and Jerry Loupe, Frost; 24 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren; [missing] children, Jerry D. McCreary, Brandon.
