There is a tree on Ancestry showing him and the place of death Jefferson City, and an edit was sent to me for that. I have that as his place of death. All the tricks I know to get death certificates to come up with wild cards and did not find him. His son comes up as James Jones. Have not found proof otherwise for that place of death for him.
