TWO SUNDAY FUNERAL AT STANFORD

The funerals of Mrs. Pad Sparks and Len Sparks, the latter being the twin brother of Pad Sparks, were conducted at 10:30 Sunday at the Baptist Church in Standford. The Rev. James Brown of this city had charge of the Len Sparks service, and the Rev. Neill preached the funeral of Mrs. Sparks. Each of the bodies was interred at the Burch Cemetery four miles south of Stanford.

I, Lenard G. Sparks, of Monroe County, State of Indiana, hereby make my last will and testament.

First--I give and bequeath to my wife, Nancy M. Sparks, all my property real, personal and mixed of every kind and description, to have and to hold as long as she remains my widow.

Second--when Nancy M. Sparks ceases to remain my widow, I give and bequeath to my children-- Charley Sparks, Cora Stanley, Homer Sparks, Emma Silvester, Wallis Sparks and Hershel Sparks--all of my estate enumerated in Item First of this will. They to have the same in fee simple absolutely in equal shares.

Third--I hereby appoint my wife, Nancy M. Sparks, executrix of this will.

In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand this twentieth day of May, 1908.
