Born April 17th, 1927 to Ambrose Leslie (Jack) and Emma Lola (Dibbie) Strode-Bartley both deceased. Ben was a retired farmer and factory worker. Married, Maerene Proffitt, his wife of 61 years, December 23, 1948.
Services will be 1:00 p.m.,March 11, 2010 at the Yokley-Trible Funeral Home. Visitation begins, Wednesday, March 10, 2010, 1:00 p.m. and on Thursday, till time of funeral home.
