Etta E. Wagaman, 88, widow of Elmer V. Wagaman and a former resident of Edgemont, Md., died Friday afternoon at the Jordan Nursing Home, Westminster, Md. She was born at Cascade, Md., a daughter of the late Samuel and Elizabeth Royer Nichols. She lived her early life at Cascade, and for 56 year resided at Edgemont, moving to Westminster in 1961 to live with her son. She had been a guest at the home since July, 1965. She was a member of the Germantown Bethel Church of God and was a member of the Cavetown Homemakers Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Miss Emily F. Wagaman, Hagerstown, Md., and a son S. Alan, of Westminster.

Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Grove Funeral Home, Waynesboro, conducted by the Rev. Glen A. Heckman of the Welty Church of the Brethren. Burial will be in the Germantown Bethel Church Cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday evening from 7 to 9 at the funeral home.
