SPENT LIFE IN ROCKFORD
Caledonia, Ill., April 17. - Miss Mary Thompson, of Rockford, died Sunday at the home of Archie and George Thompson. The cause of her death was cerebral hemorrhage. Miss Thompson had been here for a number of years assisting in caring for the home of her bachelor uncles. She had endeared herself to a large circle of friends in Caledonia. Burial was in Willow Creek cemetery, Rev. John Atcheson, pastor of Willow Creek church, officiating. The local pastor also spoke at the funeral services. Miss Thompson was a member of the First Presbyterian church at Rockford. Though born in Schotland, her entire life may be said to have been spent in Rockford and vicinity.
