James Lester Sinclair, age 91 of the Snipesville community, died at his residence on May 7, 2006. He was born in Wheeler County Georgia on July 4, 1914 to the late Isham C. and Lula Jane Murray Sinclair.
Survivors include three daughters: Martha & Donnie Rentz, Lynda & Larry Davenport and Elizabeth & Stanley Toumbleston; 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Gertrude Kight Sinclair and an infant son, Joseph Lester Sinclair.
Funeral services were held on May 9, 2006 at Union Springs Baptist Church with Rev Royce Hulett officiating. The interment followed in the church cemetery.
