The 1920 Census shows Thomas A. as "Abe, and Emma as "Francis" (misspelled), Beatric (misspelled), Martha, Helen, Albert Jr., and Willard.
The 1930 Census shows additional children; Catherine, Jack, Leo, and Peggy Stovall.
The 1940 Federal Census has Albert as Widowed, with these children and grandchild living in the household; Willard (21), Jack (18), Leo (16, aka James Leo), Peggy(14), Bebe Jennings (28), and granddaughter Nancy Smith (9).

According to her death certificate, Martha died from post-operative surgical shock and a chronic condition after being in the hospital from May 5, 1934, to July 3, 1934. Her obituary published July 04, 1934, in The Atlanta Constitution lists Officer Stovall, a 21-year County Police Officer at the time of her death, along with six daughters and five sons. Her husband died November 7, 1943, in Fulton County, Georgia.
