Because I have received incorrect suggestions for edits, please cite your source for your edit, in the last choice for the edit tab. Example: You can quickly free text the Census, Census year, County, roll number in this sixth choice if you are using a Census to cite the State in which the decedent was born. This is easily done. In addition to processing your requested edit, I will also enter your cited source in the Memorial to help others. This is an effective method to track the life of the deceased, and tell us more about their community sometimes as well.

I photograph and document the history of the Dunwoody, GA area in addition to my own Greek, Nantucket, Quaker, and Mayflower Hx.

Locally I photograph markers in these Cemeteries which are listed in alphabetical order: Bennett Rainey Family, Eidson Family, New Hope, North Atlanta Memorial (aka Laurelwood), and Stephen Martin. All of those cemeteries previously listed are in DeKalb County. The graveyards I photograph are Ebenezer Primitive Baptist Church in Fulton County in Sandy Springs and Winters Chapel Methodist Church in Gwinnett County. Find a Grave has Winters Chapel as being in DeKalb County. Easy error as across the street is DeKalb County. The address for Winters Chapel is in the Gwinnett Property tax records, not DeKalb's.

I research the earlier families of Dunwoody including but not limited to those who benefited from the Land Lottery, many of whom with descendants in Dunwoody and Sandy Springs, GA today. Many of those who won the lottery and those who inherited this land are documented in Memorials here on Find a Grave.

If you have a second, please leave a flower for this helpful volunteer and music lover.
