Norma Sherrill Hudson Tubbs, 64, passed away on Saturday, 29 May 29 2010, in Tallahassee, FL.
Graveside services were held at 10 am on Thursday 03 June 2010 at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Crawfordville, Fla.
Bevis Funeral Home, Harvey-Young Chapel in Crawfordville, Fla. handled the arrangements.
Norma was born in Jasper, Alabama on 25 September 1945, and had lived in the Crawfordville FL area for three years, having moved there from Naples FL. She loved cooking, gardening and antiquing. She was a Baptist and a member of Beta Sigma Phi. She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren.
Norma is survived by her husband of 49 years, Rosamond Leon ("Butch") Tubbs; one son, Rosamond Leon Tubbs II (Rhonda) of Fort Myers, FL; two daughters, Sherrill Frankiewicz (Joe) of West Bend WI, and Jennifer Carter (Harold Jr.) of Crawfordville, FL; 13 grandchildren, Amanda, Ashley, Amy, Dakota, Austin, Haley, Hayley, Crystal, Dallas, Marisa, Hanna, Tanner, and Dalton; and two great-grandchildren, Joseph and Caydence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman Hudson and Lillie Mae Bates Hudson; and is survived by one sister, Barbara Jean Jordan; two brothers, Norman Michael Hudson and Terry Lamont Hudson; by aunts, Lenear Hudson Stewart, Aileen Mauldin, and Ella Mae Green Hudson; and by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
