Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church at Lefors Tuesday afternoon for Marvin Smith, former Donley county resident, who passed away last Thursday night.
Mr. Smith, age 75, died in Kentucky shortly after he had arrived there on a visit with another brother. He lived in Clarendon for a long number of years prior to moving to Lefors over 10 years ago.
He is survived by five children; two sons, Earl of Pampa and James of Okla.; three daughters, Mrs. Marvin Warren of Pasadena, Calif., Mrs. Walter Hagler of Portales, N.M. and Louise of Calif.
Burial was in the Citizens Cemetery at Clarendon.
