If the dates here are from her headstone, this would be Francis Turlin's second wife, Mary (nee BLANC) Turlin.

Mary (nee MIGET) Turlin was Francis' first wife. She was born in France about 1844 and died in Perry County on 20 Feb 1888. (She may well be buried in this cemetery, I don't know). Francis married Mary MIGET on 30 Dec 1867 at St. Mary's Seminary.

He married Mary BLANC on 17 Feb 1892 also at St. Mary's. The dates on this memorial page are those of Mary BLANC Turlin.
