Mrs. Constance Mae Bartley Bowles, age 67, of 301 E. Phillip Street, Covington, Virginia, died Friday, March 5, 2010 at Alleghany Regional Hospital.
She was born November 20, 1942 in St. Mary County, Maryland, the daughter of the late Elmer Bartley and Elaine Stover Bartley Carpenter.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at Good News Foursquare Church with the Rev. Steve Noel officiating, assisted by the Rev. Bill Gilliland. Interment will follow in Alleghany Memorial Park.
