Faye Elaine Bartley Craft, age 80 of 108 Park Drive South, Petersburg, Virginia, died Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Southside Regional Medical Center in Petersburg. She was born March 15, 1935 in Covington to the late Elmer and Elaine Stover Bartley. She was a retired registered nurse for Southside Regional Medical Center and a member of McAllister Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Arthur Craft in 1994, two sisters, Peggy Tolley and Connie Bowles. She is survived by a daughter, Carol Vass and husband Terry of Longdale; a son, William Arthur Craft, Jr. and wife Amanda of Dinwiddle; two sisters, Mary Drumheller of Hopewell, and Alma Wilder of Nashua, IA; a grandson, Luke Vass; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge with Reverend Bill Hartsfield officiating. Interment will follow in Alleghany Memorial Park, Low Moor.
