Funeral Mass for Judy Ann Vasquez DeClerk, 40, of Lubbock will be at 11 a.m. today, March 4, 2005, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Andres Mendoza, Pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home of Lubbock. Judy died Wednesday, March 2, at Mi Casita Nursing Home.
She was born April 5, 1964 in Lubbock to Jacinto Sr. and Rosa Vasquez. She attended Lubbock schools and was a Catholic.
Survivors include three children, Maddilyn Ann Vasquez, Doug DeClerk Jr, and Devon DeClerk, all of Lubbock; her parents of Lubbock; four brothers, David, Emilio Antonio, Jacinto "J.R." Jr. and Elijah all of Lubbock; and a sister Isabel Vasquez of Lubbock. "
Pallbearers will be Joshua Reyna, Doug DeClerk Sr., David Vasquez Sr., Elijah Vasquez, Jacinto "J.R." Vasquez Jr. and Antonio Emilio Vasquez.
