Visitation 11-8 p.m. Tuesday with family present 5-7 p.m., funeral service 10am Wednesday, both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Jim is preceded in death by his father, Lester Brown and a sister, Barbara Kress. Survivors: his children, Michael (Danika) Brown, Derby, Charissa Brown, Mulvane, Amanda Brown, Jarrod Brown, Ark City; mother, Ruth Brown, Derby; brother, Larry Brown, Douglass; sister, Sylvia Ramseyer, Rose Hill; grandchildren, McKenzie, Kennedy, Addyson and Isaac.
