Ginger Lynn Bennett Reagin, 35, and Garrett Nathaniel Reagin, 5, of Statesboro, GA., died Monday, April 25, 2005 from injuries received in a 3 car accident on Highway 280 and Highway 204 near Pembroke, GA.
Ginger was born in Savannah, GA., and was a graduate of Bryan County High School - Class of 1988. She was a graduate of Georgia Southern University and was a Kindergarden Teacher at Lanier Primary School. Ginger was a sweet, wonderful person, a devoted mother, and she loved her students. She was a member of Christ Baptist Church in Ellabell, GA.
Ginger is survived by her parents, Andrew C. and Sharon Bennett; sister, Roxanne Williams; niece, Victoria Williams and a nephew, Andrew Williams of Ellabell. Her paternal grandmother and paternal step grandfather, Eloise and Sam Folger of Savannah, GA.
Garrett was born in Bulloch County, GA., and was a Kindergarden Student at Lanier Primary School.
Garrett is survived by his father, Ronald Stephen Reagin, Jr., of Baghdad; his paternal grandparents, Ronald S. and Nancy R. Reagin of Baxley, GA.; maternal grandparents, Andrew C. and Sharon Bennett Ellabell, GA., and a number of aunts and uncles.
Joint Visitations: 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home.
Joint Funeral services for Ginger and Garrett will be 11 a.m. Friday in the Chapel of the Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home - Hodgson Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Jim Rogers, officiating. Interment for both Ginger and Garrett will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens - Garden of Faith.
