Mrs. Sarah A. Skillings
Scarborough July 11-
Mrs. Sarah Ann Skillings 89 widow of Alpheus H. Skillings, Highland Ave died last night in a Portland Nursing Home after a long illness. She was born in Shropshire England April 28 1866 daughter of Elijah and Elizabeth Arrowsmith.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Olive L. Harmon Prouts Neck and Mrs John Shaw Scarborough: five sisters four living in Canada and one Mrs. Frank Farnsworth in Portland. five grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the black Point Church and interment will be in Black Point Cemetery.
