Services Monday

for Maria Suhr

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Our Redeemer Lutheran church, the Marysville Lutheran church, Staplehurst, Nebr. for Mrs. Maria Louisa Suhr.

Mrs. Suhr was born near Staplehurst on Jan. 2, 1875, and passed away at the home of her daughter. Mrs. Louis Knop, on Sept. 7.

She is survived by five sons, Henry. Herbert, ArnoId, John and Clarence; five daughters, Mrs. Sophie Maier, Mrs. Martha Vetter, Mrs. Alma Knop, Mrs. Anna Copperstone and Mrs. Esther Krieger; 28 grandchildren, 58 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Burial was in the Marysville church cemetery.

Attending the services from here besides the family, were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Knop, Lester Knop, Alfred Knop and Mrs. Orlo Jones.
