MIDDLETOWN --- Michael Criag Villinger, 27, Middletown, died as the result of a traffic accident near Mt. Pleasant early Saturday morning, May 13.
He was born June 18, 1950, in Fairfield, the son of Joseph and Evelyn Christy Villinger. He served with the Marines in Vietnam and worked in construction.
Surviving: a daughter, Melinda, Mt. Pleasant; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Villinger, Middletown; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Christy, Wapello, and Mrs. Walter Villinger, Stevens City, Virginia; brother, Joe, West Point; and four sisters, Mrs. Carolyn Sanders, Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Susan Reed, Burlington, Christy, Davenport, and Dawn, Middletown.
Funeral: 1:30pm Monday, Lunning Chapel, Rev. Philip Windsor; Aspen Grove cemetery, with military rites.
