Mrs. Wanda Dotson Hess 81 of Rt 2 Washington WV formerly of Pennsboro WV died Thursday Dec 3 1981 in St Joseph's Hospital, Parkersburg. She was born in Doddridge County, a daughter of the late McKendry and Mattie Birch Dotson. She was a member of the Arnold Creek Christian Church at Deep Valley. Survivors include two sons, Oliver K. Hess Jr of Rt 2, Washington WV and Lyndon "Shorty" Hess of Parkersburg; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Oliver Kenneth Hess, and a brother. Burial was in the West Union Masonic Memorial Park.
