Mrs. Linnie M. Brubaker, wife of Brice I. Brubaker of 118 W Fortieth Street, Altoona, died at 2:35 p.m. Sunday, June 14, 1964, in the Altoona Hospital, where she was admitted last Thursday, after a brief illness.
Mr. and Mrs. Brubaker celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary last June 27. She was born in Altoona March 24, 1882, a daughter of Thomas and Mary (Miller) Burkhart, and married Mr. Brubaker June 27, 1901, in Altoona.
Surviving are her husband, four children, Maurice L. of Linwood. Calif., Mrs. Naomi F. Patton of Huntingdon R.D. 2, Mrs. Mary Smedes of Miami Springs; Fla.. and Mrs. Gladys Lininger of Chambersburg; eight grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, two sisters and three brothers, Mrs. Rachel Spaid of Gallitzin, Mrs. Sadie Wilt of Canan Station, Levi and James of Altoona and Harvey of Coraopolis.
She was a member of the Attona Bible Church.
