RENFRO, MRS. M. I.
Mrs. Renfro Dead
Mrs. M. I. Renfro, wife of Mr. T. A. Renfro, died at the home of Bedford Renfro in the Warren crossing neighborhood Monday night after a long illness. She had only returned to Mills county about a week before her death she and her husband having moved to Brown county some months ago, in order to be near a specialist.
Mrs. Renfro lived in Big Valley community a long time and is kindly remembered by many friends in that community and elsewhere. Her remains were interred in the cemetery at San Saba Tuesday, a large number of friends and acquaintances attending the solemn service - [Goldthwaite Eagle]
Mrs. Renfro was formerly Mrs. Sion R. Bostick of this city and one of the most loved "mothers in Isreal." She was the widow of one of the Texas heroes who fought at San Jacinto and helped to capture old Santa Anna, the boasted Napoleon of the West. May peace dwell with her ashes and rest with her soul.
