The will was probated July 4, 1831. William Bird drew 159 acres of pine land in Screven County, Georgia, on October 5, 1801, surveyed December 11, 1802. The land was bounded by Noah Fordman, Joseph Perry, Sal Akins, and Jonas Bird. Dry Branch runs through the middle of the trail (tract?). (Screven County Plat Book A 1793 - 1812, page 73.)
