POPPLE

Mrs. Kate Tripp passed away at her son's home Monday afternoon, January 15. Mrs. Tripp leaves to mourn her death Fred, at who's home she was living, Dan of Deer River, Mrs. Mae Rutherford of Hubbard, and Mrs. Maude Adams of Kinghurst, several brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Tripp has been in poor health the last few years but reached the age of 73 years. She was buried in the Kinghurst cemetery with services in the town hall at 2o'clock. Rev. Oscar Leander preached the services. The pallbearers were Clifford and Vernon Waller, Fred Shogren, O.D. Culver, Archie Grier, and Leo Murfitt. The Dora Lake choir sang several appropriate songs. Those from Deer River were Mr. and Mrs. Herb Luchau, and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Nordahl and daughters and Marjorie Tripp
