Everett Tindall, 70, retired owner of Tindall's Camping Center and JET Manufacturing Co., died Thursday in a local hospital. The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in First Baptist Church, Boyce Chapel. Burial, directed by Dunbar's Devine Street Chapel, will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mr. Tindall was born in Neeses, a son of J. Ernest Tindall and Lenna Fogle Tindall. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II and a member of the Columbia Rotary Club. He was an active member of First Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Mabel Singley Tindall; a son, Rhett Tindall of Alta Loma, Calif.; two daughters, Bonnie T. McMurray of Mount Pleasant and Beverly T. Sparkman of Moncks Corner; two sisters, Eva Hughes of Neeses and Pearline Priester of Orlando, Fla.; and six grandchildren.
