Mrs. Gordon McCann, 49, of 1914 Browning rd., died Thursday of a heart attack while working in the kitchen of the Madison Veteran's Administration hospital (VA).
The former Margaret Schanke Strommen, Mrs. McCann lived in Madison for about eight years. She was a member of the Military Order of Purple Heart and Disabled American Veterans auxiliaries, and the Trinty Lutheran Church.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Fitch-Lawrence funeral home. Burial will be at Walnut Hill cemetery, Baraboo.
