Services for Susie May Bumpas, 77, Tyler, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, May 15, at the Bascom Cemetery with the Rev. Dale Purdy officiating, under the direction of Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home, Overton.

Mrs. Bumpas died Tuesday, May 11, 2010, in Tyler.

She was born Oct. 8, 1932, in Troup to the late Johnny Marvin Crocker and Sallie May Abbe Crocker. She was a lifetime resident of East Texas.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Steve Bumpas, a son, Larry Bumpas and a brother, Jessie William Crocker.

Survivors include a son, Steve Bumpas, Omen; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Dan Cox, Lewisville; brother, Vance Crocker, Chandler; sisters, Margaret Steele, Wyoming, and Etta Neff, Dallas; grandchildren and their spouses, Dan Cox Jr. and Jennifer Cox, David and Jennifer Cox, Beau Bumpas, and Dana Bumpas; great-grandchildren, Corinne Mary Cox and Ben Cox; and several nieces and nephews.
