Allen Hugh Chitwood, 75, of 205 North Mendenhall, retired partner with MCM Paving Contractors, died at 12:15 p.m. yesterday at Layton-Watson Nursing Home in Gallaway, Tenn. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Memorial Park. He was a member of Buntyn Presbyterian Church. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Hellice Moffatt Chitwood and a sister, Mrs. James E. (Lillian) Smiley of Memphis.
