LATTA - Frances Eloise Brigman Epps, 83, died in McLeod Hospital in Florence, May 10, 2010 after a long illness. Funeral Services will be held in the Latta Methodist Church Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with burial in Magnolia Cemetery in Latta. Kannaday Funeral Home in Latta is assisting the family.
Mrs. Epps was born in Marion County a daughter of the late Eunice Bechtler and John Oliver Brigman. She was a first grade school teacher with the Latta Schools for over thirty-five years. She was a member of the Latta Methodist Church where she was a member of the Ladies' Bible Class. She was also a member of the Hyman Grange.
She is survived by her husband Olin Epps of the home; daughter, Jane Epps (Jerry) Martin; two brothers, Aaron (Jean) Brigman of Anderson and Alan (Nancy) Brigman of Latta; and 2 grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a brother John O. Brigman, Jr.
