Born in Johnson County, Mr. Beasley was the son of the late Manning E. and Rebecca Powell Beasley. He was retired as a Primitive Baptist Elder and was an avid gardener and fisherman. He was a member of the Mt. Olive Primitive Baptist Church in the Aline Community. He also worked for many years as a locksmith. He was preceded in death by two brothers, James Beasley and Manning Beasley Jr. Mr. Beasley died Saturday.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 6 until 9 p.m.
