Also survived by his sister, Mrs. Mary Kenna, and two grandchildren.

Son of the late Neomie Bennet and William I. Galloway.

Employee for more than 20 years of The Times-Picayune Newspaper, New Orleans, Louisiana.

James Galloway was born in Bogalusa, Louisiana, and was a longtime resident of New Orleans. He attended New Orleans public schools and was a United States Army veteran of World War II.


Funeral services from Tharp-Sontheimer-Laudumiey Funeral Home in Gentilly, 5001 Chef Menteur Highway, New Orleans, Louisiana, on Monday, 27 January 1975, at 9 o'clock a.m.


Interment in Cypress Grove Cemetery on Monday, 27 January 1975.
