`George was the son of Samuel Sutton and Sarah McCoy. He married Hannah Gard on 29 January, 1805 at Uniontown, Fayette County, Ohio. They had one daughter, Letticia Sutton.

He was my 4th great-grandfather.

He and Hannah are buried at Winholt cemetery also known as Gard cemetery. This cemetery is located in the southeast quarter of Section 26, Township 7, Range 1: on the west side of the Camden-Sugar Valley road in Preble County, Ohio. The cemetery is fenced, many weeds, but not completely overgrown. One corner of this cemetery does not have any monuments and there appear to be no graves. Inscriptions took October 1967 by Mrs. Don Short and Mrs. Dale Bowers.

"My" final resting place will be in Old Mission Mausoleum, Wichita, Kansas, if you would like to take a visual tour just click on this link: Eternity and Me!
