A son of Harvey and Ida May (Hoover) Kensunger, he was born in Fredericksbug, Blair county, on September 16, 1891. At the time of death he was aged 49 years, six months and three days. He was married to Viola May Wilson on September 20, 1911 by the Rev. D.P. Drawbaugh in Altoona.
Surviving are his mother, his wife and the following children: Glenn, of Altoona; James, of Ambridge; Jesse, of Hollidaysburg; Robert and Kenneth, at home; Mrs. William Galbraith, of Huntingdon; Mrs. Roger Heeter, of Cassville; Virginia, Ruth and Dorothy, at home. Also surviving are two half brothers and sisters: Roy and Lester Conlon, both of Altoona; Miss Lavina Conlon, of Winchester, Virginia, and Mrs. Ralph Greenleaf, of Landisville, Pa.
Mr. Kensinger was employed by the Pennsylvania Edison company for twenty-one years. He had won the respect of his employer and fellow employes.
Funeral services will e held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the Saxton Church of the Brethren, with the Rev. Paul Dilling and the Rev. Chester Baird officiating. Interment will be made in the Brumbaugh cemetery at Fredericksburg, directed by Huff's funeral servicwe.
Friends are being received at the home.
