Lady (Theodosia) Louisa Hervey, daughter of the earl of Bristol, she became Louisa Countess Liverpool. The inscription tells of her work with the poor and needy. She was the wife of Robert Banks Jenkinson, second earl of liverpool, then Viscount, later Lord, Liverpool, who was British prime-minister from 1812 to 1827, following the murder of prime-minister, Spencer Perceval. He leaned heavily on her for support and never really recovered from her death, though he did re-marry. Kingston Barracks was built on part of the Liverpool estate and it's huge entrance can still be seen in King's Road, Kingston-Upon-Thames. Louisa Jenkinson is buried at the Parish Church of St Mary, at Hawkesbury, in Gloucestershire, alongside her husband, Lord Liverpool.
