Alice Callahan Roberts, 98, of Buckeye died Aug. 4, 2006, in Goodyear.
Mrs. Roberts was born July 7, 1908, in Boley, Okla., to Birdie and William Callahan. After she married her husband, Ben, the couple moved to Arizona in 1930.
Mrs. Roberts was preceded in death by her husband, Ben.
She is survived by five daughters, Jeanette Batchan Prunty and Violet Reager of Phoenix, Bennie Meador of Oakland, Calif., and Luvella Evans and Alice Roberts of Buckeye; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will at 9 a.m. today, followed by a service at 10 a.m., both at the First Southern Baptist Church, 405 N. Third St. in Buckeye. Interment will be at Louis B. Hazelton Cemetery in Buckeye.
