First wife of Lawrence Peters Brisbin
Daughter of Nathaniel and Sarah Snyder Lindenmuth

Mother of Guyer Benjamin "Guy" Brisbin, Homer Nathaniel "Nat" Brisbin, and Clarissa Agnes "Agnes" (Brisbin) Yarnell

Article transcribed from the Democratic Watchman, November 6, 1891:

"AN AFFLICTED FAMILY" - "A sorrowful account of the afflictions of a young married couple, at Unionville, comes to us in the report of the illness of Mr. Lawrence Brisbin and wife, at that place. The young people have been married about four years and three children have blessed their union, the youngest being but five weeks old. About four weeks ago both mother and father were stricken with typhoid fever and on Tuesday morning the young wife died, leaving the husband in a precarious condition and the three children motherless. Mrs. Brisbin was but twenty-seven years old and her untimely death is a great blow to her friends and family. It is to be hoped that the father may soon recover."
