Funeral services were at 4 p.m. Sunday, May 12, in the First Presbyterian church, White Deer, with Rev. Joe Murphy, Dalhart, officiating, assisted by Rev. Warren Rutledge, Amarillo.
Burial was in Panhandle cemetery by the side of her husband, Herman C. Dittberner, who died April 1, 1955. Arrangements were in charge of Poston Funeral Hone, Panhandle.
Pallbearers were E.T. Bichsel, Vern Crumpacker, R.L. Curtis, J.R. Nicholson, Jack Freeman and Russ Howard.
Mrs. Dittberner was born Jan. 30, 1896 in Nebraska. She went with her family to Oklahoma, where they stayed for a year, and then they moved east of Panhandle, where she lived the remainder of her life.
She was married Jan. 20, 1915 to Herman C. Dittberner, and was a member of the Presbyterian church of White Deer.
Survivors are two sons, Edward L., and Walter L. both of Panhandle; two daughters, Mrs. E.D. Anderson, Amarillo, and Mrs. James Johnson, Lubbock; a sister, Mrs. D.L. Beiderwell, Panhandle; a brother, C.E. Ramey, Tonkawa, Okla.; and 7 grandchildren, Harley Dee Anderson, Amarillo; Phillip, Tommy, Terry, Chris and Nancy Kay Dittberner, Panhandle, and Jay Kelly Johnson, Lubbock.
